With the Oneida Lake ice fishing season over for me, I'm looking forward to spring fly fishing in Syracuse and Central New York! Within the next week or two, we'll be in full blown trout and fly fishing mode. From now through June, it's game on fly fishing the trout streams for me! The Syracuse area in Central New York hosts many fantastic small to medium size streams, home to wild and stocked brown, rainbow, and brook trout. We are fortunate to have trout streams open to year round catch and release fly fishing. Nymphing, streamer, and dry fly tactics are all useful in catching these trout. Most of the trout caught average 10"-16", but there is a fair chance at fish approaching or exceeding 20".
All experience levels and ages are welcome! Whether you're an avid angler, interested in learning tight-line/euro nymphing tactics, or new to the sport of fly fishing, trips are tailored to provide you a safe and enjoyable experience. Try a guided fly fishing trip in Upstate New York today!

Pricing includes all gear except waders. Waders may be rented at $25/trip. Water, coffee, gatorade, & snacks always provided.

A New York State fishing license is required for anglers ages 16 and up.
